MDF board with a hard, fine and smoothly sanded surface.
MDF Fibrabel® L has low formaldehyde emission (E1 class). Moreover, MDF Fibrabel® L meets the requirements set by the California Air Resource Board (CARB - phase 2). According to ASTM E 1333-96, formaldehyde emission is less than 0,11 ppm, which corresponds to CARB, phase 2 as set by the ACTM.
MDF Prime® Fibrabel® allows for an excellent paint finish while saving costs and time. After degreasing and (light) sanding the panel surface may be finished immediately in the desired colour – matt, silk or high gloss – using a solvent-based or water-based coating.
MDF Prime® Fibrabel® has a low level of formaldehyde emission (class E1); it is suitable for interior decoration and furniture applications and highly popular among DIY enthusiasts.
The two-sided, industrially applied white UV primer offers the following benefits:
High-density MDF board with a hard, fine and smoothly sanded surface.
MDF Firax® is hardly flammable (European fire reaction classification B), has a significantly delayed combustion and does not contribute to flame spread. For thickness from 6 to 11,9 mm.
MDF Firax® is B-s2-d0 certified (EN 13501-1). For thickness from 12 to 30 mm, MDF Firax® is B-s1-d0 certified (EN 13501-1).
MDF Firax® is labelled with Ü-sign according DIN 4102 class B1.
MDF Firax® is in principle coloured red in the mass. The dye is only used for reasons of recognition. The intensiveness of the red colour might vary between different production batches and thicknesses. MDF Firax® can also be supplied uncoloured. Please contact Spanolux for further details and minimum order quantities.
High-density MDF board with a hard, fine and smoothly sanded surface. The board is subject to minimal expansion and swelling in conditions of high humidity.
MDF Umidax® has low formaldehyde emission (E1 class). Moreover, MDF Umidax® meets the requirements set by the California Air Resource Board (CARB - phase 2). According to ASTM E 1333-96, formaldehyde emission is less than 0,11 ppm, which corresponds to CARB, phase 2 as set by the ACTM.
MDF Umidax® is in principle coloured green in the mass. The dye is only used for reasons of recognition. The intensiveness of the green colour might vary between different production batches and thicknesses. MDF Umidax® can also be supplied uncoloured. Please contact Spanolux for further details and minimum order quantities.
High-density MDF board, coloured black in the mass with a hard, fine and smoothly sanded surface. The board is subject to minimal expansion and swelling in conditions of high humidity.
MDF Umidax® Noir has low formaldehyde emission (E1 class). Moreover, MDF Umidax® Noir meets the requirements set by the California Air Resource Board (CARB - phase 2). According to ASTM E 1333-96, formaldehyde emission is less than 0,11 ppm, which corresponds to CARB, phase 2 as set by the ACTM.
High-density MDF board, coloured grey in the mass with a hard, fine and smoothly sanded surface. The board is subject to minimal expansion and swelling in conditions of high humidity.
MDF Umidax® Rhino has low formaldehyde emission (E1 class). Moreover, MDF Umidax® Rhino meets the requirements set by the California Air Resource Board (CARB - phase 2). According to ASTM E 1333-96, formaldehyde emission is less than 0,11 ppm, which corresponds to CARB, phase 2 as set by the ACTM.
High-density MDF board with a hard, fine and smoothly sanded surface, characterised by extremely low formaldehyde emission.
MDF S-Lux® Pure is approved (n° N-14-177) by the by Air Resource Board (ARB) as a no-added formaldehyde based resin (NAF) MDF board (section 93120.3 of the ATCM ‘Airborne Toxic Control Measure’), This implies that formaldehyde emission is less than 0,04 ppm (90% of tested material), with a maximum of 0.06 ppm for every single measurement.
Moreover, MDF S-Lux® Pure holds the German ‘Der Blaue Engel’ certificate for thickness 12 – 25 mm, and is classified as F**** according JIS A 1460, for thickness 9 – 30 mm.
Firax® Hydro Pure is a high density MDF panel with a hard, fine and smoothly sanded surface.
The panel is barely flammable (Euroclass B and ASTM E84 Class 1/Class A certified), has a noticeably delayed fire retardation, low smoke development, and does not contribute to the spreading of flames.
The panel is B-s1-d0 (EN 13501-1) certified for all available thicknesses (6 - 30 mm).
Firax® Hydro Pure is not only a fire retardant but also a moisture resistant MDF panel.
In humid conditions, the panel retains its mechanical strength and will expand and swell less due to its moisture-resistant adhesive.
In addition, Firax® Hydro Pure is characterised by extremely low formaldehyde emissions (no added formaldehyde-based resins) and is CARB NAF certified.
These features make the panel unique on the market and is therefore the only MDF panel that is suitable for every room.
